After receiving your order, items will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address you submit when placing your order.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

REFUNDS

We do our best to satisfy our customers and ensure that their orders are delivered to them safely. However, from time to time products do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact us at info@artgoat.com.au as soon as possible.

When returning the order, please ensure it is repackaged suitably to prevent further damage. We will notify you via email once your return has been received. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed.
